We will contact you via your preferred method of contact (text, email phone) to let you know that a viewing will be taking place and we will update you with the outcome without the need for you to call the office.
Your property is entrusted to a designated agent who is contactable out of office hours on their designated mobile number. This ensures that you are always speaking to the correct person who knows your property, your tenants and most of all you!!
We will not conduct any repairs (unless in the case of a substantial emergency) without first receiving a quote from a designated contractor and only when the quote has been approved by you will any work commence.
You will receive your rent on the same day as it is received by the tenant (due to banking restrictions).
JP Hay Lettings are proud to announce their product VIVIs (video viewings) we are able to allow viewings to take place even if the prospective tenant is restricted by work or distance. A video will be conducted of your property and when we have an interested tenant we will send them a video link (this cannot be viewed publicly) a member of lettings staff will be on the end of the phone as the video is played simultaneously and the staff member will walk the tenant around the property and answer any questions that they may wish to ask along the way. The advantage for you the landlord is that this can speed up the viewings process, eliminate timewasters and void periods and is also another form of marketing to get your property in front of people.
